To use this file, place the icl8 and ICN# resources in a copy of the System file using ResEdit. Then place the STR# resource in a copy of the Finder. Note: In both cases, you will have to replace previously existing resources with the same id number (this should be done automatically). After replacing your old System and Finder, restart. Your Trash will now be the Landfill (which has no icon when empty), and the Empty Trash... command will now be Feed the Cat. Note: This is a demo only, most dialog boxes, etc. will still refer to the Landfill as the Trash. To have this changed, send me whatever amount you feel that it is worth and I will send you a piece of e-mail (include your screen name) with the full version attached. I can also make, upon request, other custom icons, cursors, etc. (you name it, and I'll try my best to make it happen).
